well today sad news because pDOM's dad went back to daddy God. but it is both good and sad. good because he will no longer be in suffering on earth but be back in God's arms in His felt love (: i guess it's because he had accomplished what God wants him to do on earth already. he brought up pDOM to be a great leader. amen. Lord may you continue to embrace him with your love when he is up there with You. and i also commit all his relatives into your hands. may they understand your purpose for him and that it is accomplished. may his family rejoice in the knowing that now he is with You without suffering but with joy warmth and love. amen.

and today i spent my entire free time listening to gospel songs. i really wonder why i never get bored of them. :D they rock my socks off.

verdict: banana is fat freeee!! but i believe the CARBS and starch will turn into glycogen and get stored as fats in the end -___-
