SYF = SMASH YOUR FEET.
not really my feeet yet.
but my kneees.
bending at those levels without wriggling and shaking is moot to nothing.
i shall try and not wriggle/shake at the next lesson.
other than that, the 4stars were awesome.
learnt really fast.
